The massage lasts for approximately 1 hour and it will involve you lying on your side with a pillow support for your bump. I will massage your back, arm, tummy (with your permission) legs and feet and then we will gently turn you over and massage the other side. The massage will finish with a foot massage and a face massage. At all times you will covered with a towel and your modesty respected. I am not permitted to massage in the first trimester but after your 12 weeks please feel free to contact me. On your initial treatment I will need to take a 10-15 minute health consultation (as I do with all my massage treatments). Prices:- |
